QUANTITY SURVEYOR / TECHNICAL OFFICER

Position: Quantity Surveyor / Technical Officer
Key Requirements:
✅ Proven experience independently managing medium-scale residential and commercial construction projects
✅ Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, site coordination, and project execution
✅ Preferred Qualifications:
NCT
HND
HNDE
NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent)
✅ Valid Sri Lankan Driving Licence (Mandatory)
✅ Ability to work independently with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
