Dulshan Dhanitha is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and commercial management professional with over 14 years of international experience across the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Maldives and Sri Lanka. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the successful delivery of major residential, hospitality, infrastructure, industrial and mixed-use developments, providing commercial leadership on projects valued in the billions.

His expertise encompasses cost and commercial management, procurement, contract administration, project controls and claims management under FIDIC, CIDA-SBD and bespoke forms of contract. Recognised for his strategic approach and commercial acumen, he has successfully led procurement processes, tendering and evaluations, value engineering initiatives and contractual risk management while delivering financially sustainable outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
