Amani Dias is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Contracts & Commercial Management professional with over 13 years of international experience across the United Arab Emirates and Sri Lanka. She has managed commercial and contractual functions for major public and private sector developments with a combined project value exceeding billions, specialising in procurement governance, contract administration, commercial management, change control, claims evaluation and project financial management.

Her professional experience includes working with leading international consultancy firms on infrastructure, mixed-use, hospitality, residential and government developments. She possesses extensive expertise in FIDIC and CIDA-SBD contracts, tender evaluations, cost planning, commercial reporting, stakeholder management and contract compliance.

As Chief Operating Officer of DECCOM, she oversees business operations, commercial strategy, organisational development, quality management and corporate governance while driving operational excellence and sustainable business growth.
